Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Psaki is the oldest of three daughters, was born in Stamford, Connecticut in 1978 to a psychotherapist Eileen (nee Dolan) Medvey[9 and Dimitrios "James" R. Psaki (Greek: Demetrios R. Psakes), a retired real estate developer who's grandfather moved to Greece in 1904 and whose mother was of Irish descent. Her parents got married in the year 1976. Psaki also descends from Polish origins. Psaki graduated in 1996 from Greenwich High School. In 2000 she graduated from the College of William & Mary with a degree in English and sociology. She is an active Chi Omega sorority member. Psaki was a backstroke swimmer on the William & Mary Tribe's athletic team for two years in succession. Psaki was the first to be engaged during the 2001 re-election campaigns of Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack for Governor of Iowa. Psaki then became deputy press secretary for John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. Psaki was the communications director for Joseph Crowley, a U.S. representative, as well as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC has announced that Psaki would be a political analyst during the 2022 United States election and the 2024 presidential campaign. In 2023, she will host a program on MSNBC's Peacock streaming website. [3535 Psaki first appeared on television in 2023, after she was dismissed from her job as White House press secretary and discussed the Robb Elementary School school shooting.
